Conduct engaging and effective classes online
Develop personalized study plans and provide constructive feedback
Track and report on student progress
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and materials

Qualifications
Native English speaker (required)
Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related field (preferred)
TESOL, TEFL, or CELTA certification (required)
Experience teaching English to non-native speakers from various cultural backgrounds for 1 year minimum(required)
Strong interpersonal and communication skill
Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet teaching environment
Knowledge of other standardized English tests (e.g., TOEFL, Cambridge Exams) (preferred)
Certification in Jolly Phonics or equivalent (preferred)

The rate increases every 500 teaching hours by $1 CAD until it reaches $24CAD/h.
